Just wanted to drop a note to tell you guys what a great job you're doing hosting my website. I've been with lots of companies in the past and they've always had problems keeping their servers up and running 24/7/365. Not with your company - as far as I know, you've been up and running since the first day I signed up with you. I can't tell you how important that is to my business - people need access to my information at all hours of the day and I feel safe and secure knowing you guys have my back. Besides that, the upload and download speeds are remarkable. I've worked at high end companies hosting major websites for huge conglomerates and the speed was not comparable to what I'm getting with your company. That really makes updating my website or sending files to my ftp a breeze. Any time I've had a problem managing my site - you guys were right on top of the problem giving me easy to understand advice and simple instructions on how to address any issues. I really appreciate the hands-on, personalized help. Anyway - just wanted to drop a quick note to say thanks and keep up the great work!
